Shipping/Returns
Free Shipping:
We ship the same day when possible and never later than the next business day. We use USPS with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation for all deliveries.
All orders are shipped free via USPS First Class package or Priority Mail All orders over $50 will be upgraded to Priority Mail or insured First Class Package. .
Your shipping address must match your billing address.
Orders over $750 require signature confirmation of delivery.
Returns:
1. You have full warranty on all products for valid defects We cannot cover user damage or something beyond our control.
2. You may return any unopened/unused product for a store credit or refund as long as the item is still in resalable condition and in it's original, unopened packaging.
3. We will cover return shipping costs if something is DOA (dead or damaged on arrival) and we are contacted about it the day you receive it. We will also cover shipping a replacement to you once returned.
4. We replace defective items for the same item only.

Please send all returned packages by insured mail with tracking to ensure proof of delivery.
Return to our shipping/contact address shown at the bottom of every page. Provide tracfking information by email to ensure prompt refund or replacement.
Order cancellations by customer prior to shipping will be fully refunded less a cancellation fee equal to the PayPal or credit card transaction fees incurred.
